At Discipleship Jiu-Jitsu, we understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure fairness to all members and instructors while keeping our schedule running smoothly.

Cancellation Time Frame

If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled session. This allows us to offer the spot to another student.

Late Cancellations & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class will result in a $[X] late cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session if prepaid.

• No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) will also incur a $[X] no-show fee or loss of the prepaid session.
